26 Thoughts to “Snow Flurries Hit UK; New Study On Great Barrier Reef Coral; China Emits Australia’s Annual CO2 In Just 12 Days; Climate Lies Exposed; + Possible G2”
One thing missed on the cherry picked data for sea levels is rises in levels due to subsidence of the crust locally ignore that known fact when it is relevant and put the entire blame on anthropogenic climate change.
Subsidence is pretty well negated by conflicting tectonic plates causing uplifting (think Himalayas)
Erosion and ablation introduce more minerals into the ocean which keeps the ocean basic (non acidic), whereas distilled water contains carbonic acid from the CO2 in the water.
The many wine glass shaped rocks around the far Western Pacific and locales illustrate how sea level rise and fall is currently negligible. That wine glass shape is caused by thousands of years of water lapping and eroding the exposed rock at sea surface level. These rocks are subjected to relatively minor daily tide height changes.
Just stuff me under your carpet with those stolen daylight hours. Half of my lighting burnt out and it keeps raining all day and it’s so DARK all the time! Never thought I’d miss Las Vegas, Land of the Man-Eating SUN!!! ☀️☀️☀️
As long as you care, Muffin, I’ll pull through. As it happens, I had a very bad morning and I was spitting nails until I read your comment. Now I’m all better. Thank you. 💕🍁😊
I’m safe and reasonably happy, but really, really tired. It’s so gloomy here and the days are getting very short (due to a certain nameless Kiwi). Ive always been solar powered, even before they invented the panels. I’m already sleeping more and doing less. **YAWN** 🥱
In the latest example of “do as I say not as I do” and mocking ordinary hard working Britons Kier Starmer and Prince William, along with goodness knows how many advisers, security staff, “environmental reporters” etc, have announced they’re both flying to Rio for the Earthshot awards on 5 November. No doubt they’ll all fly back to the UK before flying to Belem for COP30 which starts on the 17th and this time Starmer will take over a hundred civil servants with him, If I remember correctly 129 went to COP 29. Goodness knows what the total carbon footprint of all this pointless virtue signalling will be.
Melissa is now a category 5 hurricane and about to hit Jamaica, then probably Cuba (at the minute it isn’t predicted to affect CONUS), making it the first Atlantic hurricane to make landfall this year, one or two weak tropical storms might of made landfall earlier in the year. I wonder if this is the latest in the year for the first major hurricane to make landfall.
165 mph at landfall and the death toll may be bad…most structures are damaged including one hospital. Roof caved in so Samaritans Purse has their aircraft loaded with a mobile hospital and waiting for the all clear.
Since there is nothing we can do about a hurricane, I encourage everyone to join me in praying for those poor people who are “under the gun”, so to speak. 🙏🙏🙏

G’mornin’ Sam and discerning coolest ones.

Now to proof read.
Good boy!

Neat looking rocks. But sea levels do change over time, don’t they?
The wave cut rocks do not tell lies.
From memory, (remember the Mandela Effect) sea levels have risen 240 feet since the peak of the last glaciation.
It was warmer than now during the medieval warm period, Roman Climate Optimum.
The US was warmer that now during the dust bowl years in 1934ish.
The mini ice age caused sea level falls.
So the sea level has had small rises and falls for a long time.
I was not actually alive during these periods but good geologists have joined the dots.
Nils Axel Morner was acknowledged as the world’s leading sea level expert until he challenged the UN humbug.
It is worthwhile to read an article of his.
OK, purring one.
😽
So yes Deb, sea levels do change over time.
Then I guess the wave cut rocks DO lie, but why should they be different from the rest of us sinners? 😄
Hello Deb.
The wave cut rocks do not lie. Any sea level changes are within the boundaries of the undercut of the wave cut rocks.
Swim over to Vietnam for verification if you must.
Arguing with the evidence of your own eyes is seldom healthy entertainment your graciousness.
Thank you, Your Smarta**ness! 🤨
Oh Deb. What are we going to do with you?
Just stuff me under your carpet with those stolen daylight hours. Half of my lighting burnt out and it keeps raining all day and it’s so DARK all the time! Never thought I’d miss Las Vegas, Land of the Man-Eating SUN!!! ☀️☀️☀️
I hope you are OK.

My signal is slow slow slow to non-existent today. Just wondered if I could post a comment or not.
Nope cant hear ya Deb😂😍😘
You doing OK Hon? Hope so.
Be safe & happy!!!

It must be nice to be a swelled-head, pompous chief executive with virtually unlimited state funds available to waste on your whims.
Bureaucrats – spit
